Total potential mining area in the province is 120,187.50 hectares. Mining commodities are located in Buenavista, Cabadbaran City, Carmen, Jabonga, Kitcharao, Nasipit, RTR, Santiago and Tubay. The highest mining commodity is gold and other associated minerals with an area of 94,521.35 hectares or  7.84%.
