Takes custody and handles the accounting of all properties of the province. Responsible in assigning office spaces to local government officials, sets rental rates for provincial government properties which are for lease as well as private properties with which the provincial government would want to lease. In-charge with the maintenance of public buildings and grounds. Responsible in the procurement and disposal of materials, supplies and properties in line with its supply and property management functions.
