Multi-purpose fish breeding station to be put up in Nasipit
A new step is underway for the establishment of a multi-purpose fish breeding station and crab, prawn, shrimp and lobster hatchery in Barangay Ata-atahon, Nasipit, Agusan del Norte.
This legislative measure is filed by Cong. Erlpe John M. Amante of the 2nd district through House Bill No. 4026 for approval in congress.
Nutrition Evaluation in ADN conducted
The province of Agusan del Norte started its annual conduct of the Nutrition Evaluation of eight (8) of its municipalities excluding RTR, Buenavista and the City of Cabadbaran.
"Our purpose is to evaluate if the nutrition program of the province is properly implemented", says Ms. Eden A. Amper, Nutrition Officer - II of the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO) and the District Nutrition Program Coordinator.
Wage increase for JOs in Capitol ok’d
All casual/job order employees in the Capitol will receive additional daily wage starting on April 1, 2014.
This is what the provincial government of Agusan del Norte, under the leadership of Gov. Ma. Angelica Rosedell M. Amante-Matba, will implement pursuant to the Caraga Wage Order No. RXIII-12 adopted by the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board XIII.
Based on this, the Daily Minimum Wage Rate for Caraga region effective May 13, 2013 is P258.00 for agriculture sector (plantation); P238.00 for agriculture sector (non-plantation); P268.00 for non-agriculture; P238.00 for retail and service sector employing 10 or less; and P268.00 for retail and service sector employing more than 10 workers.
